Brighting helped Quatt future-proof its sales platform for growth.
Quatt’s sales tool suffered from frequent downtime, performance bottlenecks, and inconsistent data synchronization between services. These issues disrupted the sales team’s daily operations and made it difficult to maintain operational efficiency. To support future growth, Quatt sought expert assistance to identify root causes, stabilize the platform, and redesign the architecture for scalability and reliability.
Brighting conducted a thorough analysis of the existing architecture and codebase. We identified key stability issues and refactored components responsible for repeated service calls. The platform was redesigned into an event-driven architecture using Amazon SNS and SQS. This decoupled workflows, enabled asynchronous processing, reduced load spikes, and improved fault tolerance. Additionally, enhanced retry mechanisms, monitoring, and logging were implemented to achieve full observability.
