Automating ANWB’s CMDB: A Cloud-Native Integration of TOPdesk & VMware

ANWB, the Royal Dutch Touring Club (Dutch AAA), needed to ensure full visibility on their IT assets. Keeping their Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in TopDesk complete and up to date. However, maintaining data accuracy across systems manually was time-consuming and prone to errors.

To solve this, ANWB partnered with Brighting to develop a cloud-native ETL service on AWS, automating the integration of TopDesk with VmWare and ensuring their CMDB remains accurate.
