Brighting helped MS Mode define its composable commerce roadmap and successfully selected and implemented a new PIM.

MS Mode aimed to accelerate its omnichannel ambitions and needed clarity on how to evolve toward a composable commerce architecture. The organization required a structured assessment of its current digital capabilities and guidance on where to prioritize investments for maximum impact.

Brighting conducted a Composable Commerce Assessment focused on omnichannel enablement. We facilitated a collaborative workshop session with key stakeholders, including the Head of Ecommerce, IT, and business representatives. During this session, we walked through the full capability map, assessing per capability:

  • Current usage and maturity
  • Required changes
  • Complexity and business value
  • Current challenges and dependencies
  • Concrete action points and potential future initiatives (including indicative timelines)

Following the workshop, Brighting developed an Impact–Effort quadrant analysis. This provided MS Mode with a clear, prioritized roadmap highlighting quick wins and strategic initiatives.

Based on this assessment, we delivered advisory support and guided MS Mode through the vendor selection process for a new PIM solution. Brighting supported the RFP process, vendor evaluation, and implementation strategy, ultimately leading to the selection and implementation of Bluestone PIM as part of their composable commerce landscape.
