- ELECTRONIC SHELF LABELS (ESL)
Brighting helped HEMA eliminate paper pricing across 800+ stores.
HEMA needed a way to streamline in-store price management across its numerous locations (more than 800). Traditional paper labels were time-consuming to update, prone to errors, and lacked the flexibility required to meet the dynamic nature of retail pricing.
Our team designed and developed a robust integration layer between HEMA’s central system (price and stock databases) and the Electronic Shelf Label platform. This system enables real-time price and inventory updates across all stores and is built to scale with future needs. In addition, the ESL integration helps store staff quickly locate products by activating illuminated shelf labels, significantly reducing search time on the shop floor.
